Olgu Sunumu: Yurt Dışı Kaynaklı Üç Plasmodium falciparum OlgusuMüzeyyen Cömert Aksu1, Hasan Bayrak2, Sevilay Aydemir31Mersin Halk Sağlığı Müdürlüğü, Mersin Halk Sağlığı Laboratuarı, Mersin2Mersin Toros Devlet Hastanesi, Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuarı, Mersi 3Mersin Toros Devlet Hastanesi, İntaniye Servisi, Mersin Sıtma, Anopheles cinsi dişi sivrisineklerin insanları sokması ile bulaşan paraziter bir hastalıktır. Bu makalede Afrika’ya iş seyahati sonrasında ülkemize dönüş yapan ve sıtma semptomlarına uygun; yüksek ateş, bulantı, halsizlik, iştahsızlık, anemi, trombositopeni ve hepatosplenomegali klinik bulgularının saptandığı yurtdışı kaynaklı (emporte) sıtma olguları değerlendirilmiştir. Olgularda tanı; hastadan hazırlanan periferik yayma ve/veya kalın damla kan preparatlarının Giemsa boyası ile boyanarak mikroskop ile incelenmesi sonucunda Plasmodium trofozoit ve gamotositlerinin görülmesi ile konulmuştur. Her üç olguda da etken Plasmodium falciparum olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu olgular yurtdışı kaynaklı sıtma olgularının tedavisinde tanının önemine ve ülkemizde sona eren yerli sıtma bulaşanın bu vakalar nedeniyle tekrar başlayabilme olasılığına dikkat çekmek ve gerekli koruma önlemlerinin alınması ile halk sağlığı eğitimlerinin yapılmasının gerekliliğini vurgulamak amacıyla sunulmuştur. Tree middle age man have history of travel to Africa presented at the emergency clinic of Mersin Toros Government Hospital with the symptoms such as high fever, chills, diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, loss of appetite, anemia, trombocytopenia and hepatosplenomegali. P. falciparum was detected microscopic examination of the peripheral blood smear stained with Giemsa. The cases are presented in order to our country has made to draw attention to the possibility to start again with the case of indigenous malaria transmission ended.and emphasize on the necessity of giving education on public health and taking the precautions for the prevention of the disease and in order to draw attention to malaria diseases caused by different species from abroad and to the fact that it can be seen in local cases as well.
