The main argument about the etiology of coronary artery ectasia: is it inflammation or not?

We read with interest the article ‘Association of neutrophil to lymphocyte(N/L) ratio with presence of isolated coronary artery ectasia(CAE)’ by Isık et al. They a possible association between N/L ratio and the presence of isolated CAE. They concluded that N/L ratio is a readily available clinical laboratory value that is associated with the presence of isolated CAE.
