Akut koroner sendrom tedavisinde oral antiplatelet tedavi: Güncel kılavuzlar ne diyor?

Son yıllarda antiplatelet tedavide önemli gelişmeler yaşanmış ve bu durum günlük pratiği etkilemiştir. Yeni antiplatelet ajanlarla ilgili çalışma sonuçları, tedavi kılavuzlarının güncellenmesine neden olmuştur. Bu yazımızda tedavi kılavuzlarının AKS’de oral antiplatelet tedaviyle ilgili güncel önerilerini gözden geçireceğiz.

Recent advances in the field of oral antiplatelet agents have led to guideline updates and changed the clinical practice of treating patients with ACS. This review summarizes the up-to-date recommendations of current guidelines regarding the use of oral antiplatelet agents in the setting of ACS.
