Kesintili ("Interrupted") Arkus Aorta
Funda ÖZTUNÇ1, Sema ÖZER1, Muhsin SARAÇLAR1, Süheyla ÖZKUTLU1, Arman BİLGİÇ1, Şencan ÖZME1Hacettepe Üniversitesi Çocuk Sağlığı Enstitüsü, Pediatrik Kardiyoloji Bölümü, AnkaraHacettepe Üniversitesi Pediatrik Kardiyoloji Ünitesinde "interrupted" (kesinti/i) arkusaorta tanısı alan 4 olgu sunulmuştur. Kesintinin yerine göre olguların ikisi tip A, biri tip B, diğeri ise tip C ile uyumludur. Hastaların hepsinde duktus arteriosus açıklığı, üçünde ventriküler septal defekt, birinde mitral kapak anomalisi, birinde hipoplazik sol ventrikül ve bir olgu da çift arkus aorta bu anomaliye eşlik etmekteydi. Iki hasta cerrahi tedavi uygulanmadan yenidoğan döneminde kaybedilmiş, diğer iki olgu ise tanı aldıklarında ağır pulmoner hipertansiyon ve pulmoner vasküler obstrüktif değişikliklerin varlığı nedeniyle inoperable kabul edilmiştir.

Funda ÖZTUNÇ1, Sema ÖZER1, Muhsin SARAÇLAR1, Süheyla ÖZKUTLU1, Arman BİLGİÇ1, Şencan ÖZME1Four cases with interrupted aortic arch diagnosed at the Hacettepe University, Department of Pediatric Cardiology have been presented. Two cases were classified as type A, one type B, and the Iast one as type C with respect to Iocalisation of the interrupted portion. In all cases patent ductus aorteriosus was present as an associated Iesion. In addition following anomalies were detected: ventricular septal defect in three, mitral valve abnormality in one, hypoplasia of the left ventricle in one, and double aortic arch in one patient. Two patients died in the neonatal period prior to surgical intervention. The remaining two cases were evaluated as inoperable because of severe pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular obstructive changes on admission.
