Some Historical-Conceptual Preliminaries for Artificial Intelligence Ethics Debates

Therefore, it is essential to be able to understand and follow the changes and transformations of this technological possibility on human life, social- cultural structure, nature-universe, and within this framework, to be able to predict the reflections and consequences of its use in different fields. Therefore, an important guiding element that will set the framework for the shaping of artificial intelligence technology and the handling of inclusion dimensions in different areas of life is the bioethics perspective. In the article, conceptual-historical-etymological preliminary information about artificial intelligence, which will enable the clarification of the concepts in the examination and discussion of artificial intelligence in terms of bioethics, is given.

Bu teknolojik olanaklılığın insan yaşamı, toplumsal-kültürel yapı, doğa-evren üzerindeki değişimlerini ve dönüşümlerini anlayabilmek, takip edebilmek, bu çerçevede farklı alanlardaki kullanımlarının yansımalarını-sonuçlarını öngörebilmek elzemdir. Bu nedenle yapay zeka teknolojisinin şekillenmesinden, hayatın farklı alanlarına dahil etme boyutlarının ele alınmasına ilişkin çerçeveyi belirleyecek önemli kılavuz bir unsur da biyoetik perspektiftir. Makalede, biyoetik bakımından yapay zekanın irdelenmesinde, tartışılmasında kavramların netleştirilmesini sağlayacak yapay zeka ile ilgili kavramsal-tarihsel-etimolojik önbilgilere yer verilmektedir.
