Evaluation of the Regulation on Providing Remote Healthcare Services
Zeynep AkgünIstanbul Bar AssociationBased on the ongoing discussions in the face of the increasing need for providing remote healthcare service which differs from the classical physician-patient relationship with the distance factor, the Regulation on Providing Remote Healthcare Services dated 10.02.2022 was published by the Ministry of Health. The aim of this study is to evaluate this regulation on remote healthcare in terms of the purpose, scope, services, data protection, prohibitions and sanctions and to compile opinions on the regulation.

Zeynep Akgünİstanbul BarosuKlasik hekim hasta ilişkisinden mesafe faktörü ile farklılaşan uzaktan sağlık hizmeti sunumuna karşı duyulan ihtiyacın artması karşısında, süregelen tartışmalara istinaden Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından 10.02.2022 yürürlük tarihli Uzaktan Sağlık Hizmetlerinin Sunumu Hakkında Yönetmelik yayımlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada amaç, uzaktan sağlık hizmeti ile ilgili olan bu yönetmeliğin amaç, kapsam, hizmetler, verilerin korunması, yasaklar ve yaptırımlar açısından değerlendirilmesi ve yönetmeliğe yönelik görüşlerin derlenmesidir.
