Initially she was treated with breast cancer and later for hepatocellular carcinoma. SPECT-CT showed MDP non avid scattered pulmonary ground glass opacities (GGO) bilaterally along with rounded nodular densities. Another 56 years old newly diagnosed right breast invasive ductal carcinoma had bone scan with SPECT-CT which revealed bilateral pulmonary infiltrates. Both of these patients later tested positive for COVID-19. Therefore, Nuclear Physicians should be watchful of COVID-19 related findings on SPECT-CT thorax as this becomes the new normal for them.
