It usually occurs within the first 6 hours following the administration of plasma and plasma rich blood products. Herein, we present a patient who developed TRALI shortly after plasmapheresis due to Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS) and received dramatic response with early systemic steroid treatment.
