Akut Gelişen İzole Göğüs Duvarı Tüberküloz Absesi
Mahmut TokurKahramanmaraş Devlet Hastanesi, KahramanmaraşGöğüs duvarı tüberküloz absesi nadir görülen bir durumdur. Nonspesifik abseden ya da tümörden ayırt edilmesi zordur. Tanı, ponksiyon ya da biyopsi ile elde edilen materyalin direkt yayma, kültür ya da patolojik incelemesiyle konulur. Tedavide standart bir yaklaşım yoktur. Altı ile on iki ay kadar medikal tedavi, kombine medikal ve cerrahi tedavi ya da sadece cerrahi tedavi uygulanabilir.

It is difficult to differentiate the tubeculosis abscess from non-specific abscess or tumor formation. The diagnosis of tuberculosis abscess of the chest wall can be done by direct examination of the smear, culture and pathological examination of the material extracted by needle aspiration. There are no standart treatment protocols. Medical therapy for 6-12 months, surgery or combination of these treatments can be preferred.
