Sternokleidomastoid Kas Kapiller Hemanjiomu: Olgu sunumu

KBB Kliniği, İstanbul, Türkiye14 yaşında bayan hasta, boyun sağ tarafında 11 aydır var olan son zamanlarda giderek büyüyen tek ve asemptomatik palpabl kitle nedeniyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Boyundaki kitle oluşmadan önce buna neden olabilecek servikal travma öyküsü yoktu. Klinik olarak kitle boyun sağ tarafında olup sternokleidomastoid (SKM) kasın orta kısmına uyan bölgede lokalizeydi. Kitle derin planda mobil olup pulsatil değildi. Boyun bilgisayarlı görüntüleme (BT)’de kitlenin SKM içine yerleştiği, 3x2 cm boyutlarında, solid ve ovoidal olduğu izlendi. Kitle eksizyonu uygulandı. İntramusküler hemanjiyom tanısı histopatolojik inceleme sonrası kondu.

ENT Clinic, İstanbul, TurkeyA 14-year-old woman presented with a 11-month history of a single, asymptomatic, palpable mass of the right neck that recently increased in size. Prior to the appearance of the swelling, no history of cervical trauma was reported. Clinically, the mass was localized to the right neck centered about the middle portion of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. It was mobile on the deep planes, tender, and nonpulsatile. Neck computurized tomography revealed a 3x2 cm, solid, ovoidal, mass within the sternocleidomastoid muscle. Mass excision was performed. Intramuscular hemangioma was diagnosed after histopathological examination.
