When lung masses are found in febrile neutropenic patients the first things that come to mind are tumor metastasis and yeast infections. Lung abscess that presents with the appearance of a mass is a very rare situation. Febril nötropenik hastalarda akciğerde kitle saptandığında ilk olarak tümör metastazı ve mantar enfeksiyonları akla gelmektedir.
