Access to the System

The system is accessed through a single user account created with an e-mail address and password. User roles such as Author, Reviewer, and Editor are assigned within the same account. You do not need to create a new account if your role changes.

Access Guide

Login and Registration
Users who do not yet have an account should select New User and complete the registration form. Registered users can log in directly using their e-mail address and password. After login, the system automatically provides access according to the role(s) assigned to the account.

Using the System
Authors can submit manuscripts, upload revisions, and follow the evaluation process. Reviewers can access assigned manuscripts and submit their review reports after accepting the invitation. Editors manage the editorial workflow, including reviewer assignments and editorial decisions.

Account Management
If you forget your password, use Retrieve Password to receive reset instructions by e-mail. To update your profile or change your password, log in and select Personal Details.
