Şiddetli başağrısına neden olan frontal reses osteomu

Paranazal sinüs osteomları tomografide yüksek opasifiye, iyi sınırlı kitle olarak görülürler. Biz 53 yaşında sol frontal resesi dolduran osteomu olan ve şiddetli baş ağrısı olan hastayı literatür eşliğinde sunduk.
